Updating Your Geopointe Organization Contact Information

Upon installing Geopointe, one of the first steps in the Post-Installation Steps is to update your company's contact information in Geopointe Setup. This is performed by navigating to the Org Settings tab and clicking Edit. If your primary contact information changes, be sure to update these fields. 

Keeping this information up-to-date is important for a few reasons:
  • When we send system updates to users, those updates go to this contact.
  • For special emails, it's nice to know who our primary contact is.
  • It helps us keep our information up to date and causes less problems when it comes time for renewal.
