Geopointe

Enabling Geopointe for Community users

Additional setup is required to make the Map tab available for Community users. Follow the steps below to give them access:

1. In Setup, navigate to Communities, then click All Communities.
2. Click Workspaces in the Action column.
3. Click the Administration workspace.
4. Click on Tabs. Select Map and move from Available Tabs to Selected Tabs. Save.

Note: The tab manager is designed for Standard Tabs + Visualforce Community templates, and is not compatible with Lightning Community templates.



Remember that when it comes to Geopointe functionality, all types of Salesforce users have the same access to our map features. That means that all community and/or portal users also require an assigned Geopointe license to use it.
