When I try to access the Map, I receive an "Insufficent Privileges" error. What should I do?

It's likely your permission sets have not been applied. To apply permission sets, the Geopointe Admin must click the Set User Permissions button on the Org Settings tab of Geopointe Setup. It may take a few minutes to process, so wait about 10 minutes or so to make sure the job has completed.
