When I try to access the Map, I receive an "Insufficent Privileges" error. What should I do?

It's likely your permission sets have not been set up. An admin will want to go to Geopointe Setup and click the Set User Permissions button. Give that a few minutes to run and then have the user try again. It sometimes gets stuck in processing for a few minutes, so wait about 10 minutes or so to make sure the job has completed.
